Accounts and acceptable use

You agree to provide accurate information, keep login credentials secure, and not:

• Upload malware, scrape the site without permission, or disrupt operations.

Fees and billing

Program fees are displayed on the Programs page in US dollars before purchase. You authorize charges for selected services. Subscription fees, if any, renew monthly until canceled. Refunds are governed by our Return Policy.

Intellectual property

Site content, software, and trademarks are owned by us or licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) $100 USD.

Some states do not allow certain limitations; in those states, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Dispute resolution

Before filing a claim, contact us at feedback@expelalive.world to attempt informal resolution for 30 days.

Governing law: Wisconsin law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where US federal law applies or your state consumer rights require otherwise.

Venue: State or federal courts located in Wisconsin, unless applicable law grants you the right to bring claims in your home state.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
