Return & Refund Policy

We want you to understand what you are buying before you enroll. This policy explains refunds for programs and subscriptions sold by Expelalive in the United States.
Digital wellness programs
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if:
- You have accessed no more than one (1) week of program materials, and
- You contact us at feedback@expelalive.world with your order email and program name.
After 14 days, or after accessing more than one week of content, fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable state law.
Monthly ledger subscription
You may cancel anytime through your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law.
In-person studio workshops
Reschedule at least 48 hours before the event at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the seat fee unless we can fill your spot.
How to request a refund
- Email feedback@expelalive.world with subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your full name, email used at purchase, program name, and purchase date.
- We confirm eligibility within 3 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post the credit.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
